Founded in 2015, with the goal to generate jobs for digital talents across Pan-Africa, getINNOtized is about software coding and digital coaching.

With entrepreneurship at their heart and technology in their hands, it offers a fresh approach to digital challenges, delivers what it takes to incubate the new and to scale up the existing.

They developed more than 1,000 talents in the field of Software Development & Data Science together with partner universities in Pan-Africa; have 40 qualified workers fully employed that work together with German Project Leads (Mentoring-on-the-job) for German clients and were awarded with the “Deutscher Exzellenz Preis 2019”.
