Norman Weiss is an authentic entrepreneur, an international company executive, a passionate driver of tech-education, an enabler of international alliances and an advisor for digitized manufacturing and Industry 4.0. Scouting, developing, matching and bridging the gap between technologies, companies and people, he started companies in electronics, robotics, tech-education and gas-analysis worldwide.

Norman Weiss leads German SMEs into the era of Industry 4.0 with a focus on education. In 2010 he founded the ME Industries Group with various companies operating in the fields of electronics, robotics and gas-analysis worldwide.
Norman’s project of heart started in 2016 when he founded MittelstandsCampus which is a drop-in center, melting pot and tech lab for start-ups, small & medium-sized companies and R&D institutions to build the bridge to#Industry 4.0.

He is a Master of Technical Management with an economic focus and winner of the Top 100 Innovation Award 2016 and has a strong background in technologies. Among other positions, Norman is a member of the prestigious Münchner Kreis and of the advisory board “Leadership and digital transformation” at Quadriga University of Applied Science Berlin.

As the Board Member of European Technology Chamber and the Chairman of EUTEC Ethics & Compliance Commission and Co-Chair of EUTEC Academy Commission, Norman’s is focusing on melting the MittelstandsCampus know-how and network into a unique EUTEC #TecLab. These TecLabs are local drop-in centers around the globe to take a deep dive into different technologies. They serve as bridge heads for European values and are the seed for the EUTEC #TecCenters.
