The technology sector is booming in Latin America, but the technical education system has flaws to patch to secure the region’s technology growth. Nevertheless, many initiatives are trying to close the gap, and today different EdTech solutions are combining tech and education to facilitate learning. The growing application of EdTech presents both benefits and challenges as we apply it to help children, young people and adults learn.
Unfortunately. the reality is that digital education is not an option for everyone. Delivering affordable educational resources is just one part of the challenge. To ensure the learning experience is also engaging and meaningful, connectivity improvements and digital literacy must play more prominent roles in EdTech’s success in Latin America.
